Pre-inpatient admission
Preparation for your hospital stay
As part of the pre-inpatient admission, all medical examinations required for treatment as well as informative discussions are carried out. This enables us to ensure that all the necessary documents are available for your admission appointment. These examinations usually take place a few days before your inpatient admission.
Important:
- Please bring a referral with you to your preadmission appointment.
- Bring something to eat and drink with you, as the preliminary examinations may take some time.
This is how admission to our clinic works
Waiting area
Please first report to reception in the entrance area of House I. There you will be given a waiting number for patient admission. Your waiting number will be called up on a digital display and will direct you to the appropriate admission room.
Patient admission
Your data will be recorded and treated with absolute confidentiality in patient admission. You will also be informed about optional services and general contractual conditions.
Preliminary examinations and informative discussions
All examinations required for treatment are carried out on the ward (e.g. blood tests) and any unanswered questions can be clarified.
Going home
As a rule, you can return home after the preliminary examinations. You will be informed of the exact date for admission to hospital during the preliminary examinations.
